Demanding work can leave people carrying tension long after the day ends. Powerfully Peaceful offers guided opportunities to notice stress, reconnect with the body, and practice meeting challenging moments with greater awareness and compassion.
Drawing on the eight-step approach in Maria Toso’s book, Heal What Hurts, sessions combine mindfulness, accessible breathing practices, gentle SomaYoga movement, and reflection. Participants explore practical tools they can bring into their workday and daily lives.
Staff Workshops
Engaging sessions for staff development, faculty in-service days, and employee wellbeing events. Topics can include stress awareness, self-compassion, emotional reactivity, and mindful communication.
Small-Group Practice
Facilitated spaces for reflection, mindful breathing, and somatic practice. Participants can explore shared challenges, practice easing bodily tension, and strengthen connection through respectful listening.
Customized Team Programs
A single workshop or a series shaped around your team’s needs. Sessions can combine education and guided practice, with time to explore how the tools apply to everyday workplace experiences.
